"I have used Easyspace for my work website hosting and email services for the past 7 years. Great initial telephone support when I was trying to understand what I needed. I have raised a few tickets over the years, either technical issues that I dont understand or when technical faults appear. The tickets are always responded to promptly and the tech support staff never tire of explaining further if you dont quite understand all of the original answer. The latest ticket was when I was unable to email Gmail accounts. This turned out to be due to a Gmail Policy update that required some technical protocols to be added to my email account. Not only did the tech support technician explain the problem, but he also added the protocols to save my having to do so. Because this was a system-wide issue, Easyspace put the issue at the home page of the Control Panel with a link for instructions on how to add the 3 technical protocols - the instructions were simple but it was above and beyond that in my case the technician added them for me. Cant fault this company for all my web and email hosting needs. Professional and customer-focused. Well worth the money."

"Most tech firms never admit fault. Easyspace deserve a gold star for not being like most tech firms. I bought domain protection, but had no follow-up invoice. Called them up and the representative looked on the record, called accounts and came straight back and said that there had been a mistake, and it would be fixed now. It was all sorted within 15 minutes. We all make mistakes; Easyspace deserve credit for owning up to theirs."
